Yes! For stays under 30 days, there is a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet plus tax. For 30+ stays, there is a non-refundable fee of $300 per pet plus tax. Damages and/or failure to pick up after your pet may result in additional charges at check out.
Yes. There is a $265 cleaning fee applied to each stay, as well as a $100 security deposit.
The nightly rate for this option is $50 to heat to a standard temperature of 82 degrees. It is an additional $30/day to heat to 85 degrees and an additional $75/day to heat to 90 degrees. This is billed separately and must be confirmed and paid prior to arrival. Please let us know at the time of booking if you choose this option.
